Dental check-ups and routine dental prophylaxis (cleanings) performed at our office by a hygienist at regular intervals ensure your teeth and gums are healthy. Even if you brush and floss diligently you should see the dentist regularly to spot any problems early, such as dental decay, gum disease or oral cancer. You may require x-rays to check for hidden problems. We will make an individual recommendation on how often you should have a dental cleaning and exam based on your dental status.
